Why are these items special order? These are products I don't typically carry as in-stock in the store.

How long will it take to receive special order items? Shipping times for these products vary, but most will ship out to you within 1-2 weeks. When possible, I arrange to have special orders shipped directly from the manufacturer to you to cut down on waiting time. In that case, your order may ship within a few business days and will not take longer than any other order to reach you.

Are these items returnable? Yes, special order items are returnable to Snooty Booty Diapers in accordance with the return policy of regular in-stock merchandise.

Do I have to buy the minimum amount? In order to keep special orders cost-effective, minimum purchase amounts may apply and are listed on the product pages. If you dont' need quite that many, please contact me. If I am placing a regular in-stock order from that company, it's no problem to add your order on.
